The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HR management, payroll, time management, reporting, and workflow automation.Mandatory Skills: UKG Pro & Dimensions: Implementation, maintenance, and migration experience. Time Clocks: Setup and maintenance of manual, biometric, and RFID clocks. Reporting & Analytics: Generation of time tracking, performance, and tax reports. Configuration: Employee info updates and role-based access control (RBAC). Integration: API and connector experience with ERP systems. Support: L2 and L3 support for issue resolution and vendor collaboration. Workflow Automation: Experience with workflow builder for payroll and pay rules. Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements for data management. ServiceNow Exposure: Basic familiarity for maintenance needs.Responsibilities: Support end-user education and issue resolution.
