Design and develop wireframe or prototypes based on requirements and validate the design with users. Develop cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using latest frameworks like Bootstrap and Angular. Work with the application team to make sure that the components follow UI/UX guidelines and Standards. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences that are measured and tied to key KPIs. Using high and low fidelity design tools, deliver the appropriate interface designs including prototypes, mockups, wireframes, user stories, and user journeys, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and forthcoming functions and features that maintain a consistent user interface across all product offerings. Candidate should be able to design, develop and implement complex solutions based on Java technology and related frameworks. Translate applications requirements into web-based solutions using the recommended frameworks and technology. Work with team to design solutions to strangle existing code base to enable modern design interface and user experience Design and develop reusable components, accelerators, and frameworks. Assist in the system integration of components. Implement Design Patterns and new data structures. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the design solutions. Drive and participate in usability testing, Collaborate with other team members and department stakeholders including Business Analysis, UI Engineering, and Client Support. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients Security Clearance: This role required US Citizenship due to security clearance requirements of program Having the ability to qualify for or having an existing US Government Public Trust clearance is required. *Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline *General Experience: At least eight (8) years of designing and developing applications in Java Four (4) years of experience in designing and developing web applications, mobile applications, and cross-browser-compatible responsive front-end interfaces. At least Four (4) years of experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Four (4) years of experience with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript, and JQuery. Experience in Java/J2EE, REST web services, JPA and unit testing code coverage. Experience in building back-end application code that interfaces with other systems, services, and APIs/RESTful APIs, and microservices At least Four (4) years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture/Service integration with Web Services, REST, and security integration. Experience in developing mobile and cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using latest frameworks like Bootstrap and Angular. Extensive experience using the latest frameworks in JavaScript, Angular, and CSS. Experience working in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud computing environment Extensive working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, REST, XML, JSON, and scripting language. Proficiency of scripting languages such as ASP.net, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and other front-end scripting languages. Experience in continuous integration (CI) and automated deployment on AWS cloud platforms Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using the latest UI/UX products Convert architecture into comprehensive designs to meet functional and non-functional requirements Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve defects with Angular components Collaborate with data and application integration architects, project managers, and business analysts in meeting business requirements Assist with implementing automated continuous delivery and deployment Design reusable Angular assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes Gather and understand business and technical requirements impacting Angular development Collaborate and participate on Governance Boards to review Angular application architectural decisions Analyze, review, and recommend solutions to expand Enterprise Angular Application Integration objectives *Specialized Experience: Experience is modernizing and migrating government systems to cloud.
