Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Solid experience in data analysis. Create process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and future state processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Assist in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Evaluate the business requirements, understand and translate the needs of the business to excel document that involves several mathematical calculations and also flowcharts. Adequate Excel knowledge and good understanding of excel formulas, pivot, vlookup etc. Capable enough to ask right set of questions to business for new requirements. Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes. Should be able to provide solution to business problems. Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep.
