Duration: 6-Month Contract to Hire role so only submit USC/GC candidates no any other Visa. Key Responsibilities Include: Monitoring and reporting on Salesforce logins and usage of community licenses. Automating the deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environments. Reviewing and understanding downstream impacts of change requests and identifying improvement opportunities. Proactively identifying and resolving issues. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record managing Salesforce org. 1+ year of experience using Copado or other DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments. Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc.). Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, and Confluence. Knowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS, and other third-party platforms. Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Salesforce security best practices, and governor limits.
