The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for power electronics components and systems, utilizing MATLAB/Simulink for data analysis. This role requires hands-on experience in a power electronics lab environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and set up tests in a Power Electronics Lab for components such as IGBTs, GTOs, Inverters, Sensors, Bus Bars, Cold Plates, and Transformers. Design and implement test plans, procedures, and fixtures for new and existing products. Execute functional, environmental, and reliability testing of power electronic components and systems using various testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, probes, and sensors). Analyze test data using MATLAB and Excel, identifying trends and generating detailed test reports.
