| Hi Team, Need profile on below position- Role name: ServiceNow Developer Rate- $50/hr on C2C Visa- No OPT, CPT And EAD Role Description: The Application Engineer will operate as part of an integrated team to support ServiceNows current and future operational needs. You are expected to provide implementation expertise and day-to-day operational administration support for the ServiceNow system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ServiceNow platforms administration, configuration, and ongoing support. The Application Engineer works as part of a team to deliver value in a large, complex, fast-paced environment. The ServiceNow team is responsible for all facets of support, administration, configuration, and development. This includes responding to complex customer needs, maintaining security, providing continuity, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to support organizational goals. Reporting Structure and Work Setting: The Application Engineer reports to the Manager of ServiceNow Development. This position also works collaboratively with all support and engineering teams within the company. This role is typically performed remotely. Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities: Participate in design, development, and implementation, including core setup, workflow administration, reporting, and data imports/exports. Overhaul, maintain, and enhance Change and asset management, as well as current connections between ServiceNow and other systems. Create, maintain, and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems. Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts Evaluate and configure systems for better performance.
