| Dynamics CRM Architect Remote Job description: A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect is a critical technical expert who leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems for organizations. They collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Design the overall CRM system architecture, ensuring it aligns with business needs and integrates with other systems. Develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and dashboards. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Enforce best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the team. Implementation & Integration: Manage CRM system implementations, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, SharePoint, Azure, etc.). Lead deployment and testing to meet performance and functional goals. Client Interaction: Gather requirements and understand business needs through close collaboration with stakeholders. Customize CRM interfaces and provide training to end-users. Performance & Security: Regularly audit the CRM system to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that data security and compliance measures are in place. Required Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in architecture and system design. Strong knowledge of SQL, Azure, PowerApps, Power BI, and Dataverse. Experience with data migration tools and integration techniques. Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with Databricks, Power Automate, and other advanced data tools is a plus. INNOVATION STARTS HERE Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including custom development and architecture. Strong experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
