Act as SPOC for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide technical guidance and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Manage resources effectively to ensure project success. Handling the project teams with onsite offshore model.
