Experience supporting application in Cloud, on Prem datacenter. Experience in payments and/or wires application technology (major/large banking technology experience) Ability to independently drive recovery efforts during incidents and help identify key players/partners. Proficiency in utilizing Service Now for incident, problem, and change management (opening incidents, reviewing changes, documenting records) Extremely strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches. Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend, and downstream interfaces. Hands on experience using monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Geneos ITRS etc Drive/initiate review and analyze complex technical challenges which require in depth evaluation of problems and coordinating fixes with partners. Mentor, coach, and develop fellow team members. Document processes and alert response runbooks. Ensure technical knowledge is shared widely throughout the team 2 plus years of MQ, Kafka or a combination of both experience Understanding and experience with java, Springboot, Redis, SOAP/Reset service calls Cloud certification Experience supporting application deployed in Tomcat, Apache.
