Project Description: This individual will be working on expanding and refining our products and features designed to enable Zero Party Data collection and Continuous Shopping. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our IT team, focusing on personalization experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance personalized features that improve user engagement and satisfaction Skills Overview: What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job Critical thinking: Engage in critical thinking about key products and features to identify important scenarios for designing new and enhanced feature sets. Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely through both written and spoken communication. Skilled in creating detailed documentation. Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and a cohesive user experience. Coordination: Skilled in overseeing and coordinating technical engineering work, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely delivery of high-quality features. Data Literacy: Proficient in interpreting and leveraging data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and optimize user experiences. Interview Process Overview: Interview panel will consist of 3 individuals: Product Manager: User Experience: Engineering: Each candidate will go through one session with the panel, ~30-40 minutes of questions with 10-14 minutes for the candidate to ask questions Questions will be consistent and based on input from interview panel members to gauge how well the candidate might partner with their function.
