Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
