Job Title Android Developer Location New York City, NY - Hybrid Type of Hire Contract W2 / C2C We are seeking a seasoned Android Mobile App Development Lead with over 11 years of experience and expertise in Kotlin. The candidate should possess strong leadership and coordination skills to work with both onsite and offshore teams, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile applications. Requirements: 11+ years of experience in Android app development, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role. Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK. Extensive experience with app architecture patterns such as MVVM/MVP. Proven ability to coordinate and manage development efforts across onsite and offshore teams. Experience in the full mobile development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
