| From: Shubham, USC Group [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Senior Workday Test Lead (Manufacturing exp is must) Location: Remote (But must stay in EST) Visa: Only USC, H4-EAD, TN Visa, L2-EAD (Need passport number for third party candidates) Experience: Needs to have done at least 2 workday implementations Jira to track testing results Quality Manager, QA Lead, QA Architect Testers: Don't have any testers or a test team Unit testing will be done by the implementation partner Unit testing will be done by Developers as well BSA will be doing some functional testing o All must have global and manufacturing experience is important here Qualifications: Workday Experience: o Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday testing or Workday implementations, with a strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.). o Workday certification in HCM, Financials, or other relevant modules is a plus. Testing Expertise: o Proven experience leading testing efforts for large-scale Workday implementations. o Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test management software. o Experience with both manual and automated testing processes and tools. Project Management Skills: o Experience working in Agile or other structured project delivery environments. o Ability to manage multiple testing streams simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Leadership & Communication: o Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and coordinate testing teams. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. o Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
