They will also need to connect with new lease vendors, gather hourly data, and ensure it is sent to the relevant vendors. While Kronos or UKG functional expertise is not necessary, strong skills in C# and SQL are essential. For this role, experience with UKG or Kronos, particularly in timekeeping accruals, is important. UKG refers to their SaaS solution as Workforce Management Pro (WFM Pro). MOST IMPORTANT: 5-7 years + SQLtake tables and combine to write into a file .NET/C# UKG OR Kronos experience Is a must have Need to have enough Workforce Central or Dimensions.
