Candidate should have good understanding of how to read personalization fields within communication templates Candidate should maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and known issues. Candidate should be able to handle incidents related to AJO admin activities such as user access management, issues related to channels like Email, SMS, Push notification etc. Candidate should be able to monitor the platform daily, report any issues identified, analyses them, and fix them within the agreed SLAs.
