Position: Strategic Program Manager Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Must have 5+ Years experience in Strategic Program Management Position 5+ years in management consulting, project management, change management, strategy & operations, or related roles Foster trust and collaboration with Engineering Managers and Quality Program Mangers to execute on key initiatives Proven project management experience, and understanding of the tools and processes in the software development and quality lifecycles Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as deep dive into operational / tactical details and deliverables Ability to gather, analyze, and concisely distill data and requirements to form a tactical project plan with KPIs Lead cross-functional projects, responsible for requirements capturing, stakeholder coordination, project management, reporting, and driving projects through to completion with successful outcomes Ability to produce stakeholder analysis and engagement plans for a complex matrix organizational structure in order to drive adoption of new process and cultural changes Ability to drive productive discussion and collaborate with subject matter experts across business units to distill highly technical information into user friendly content Ability to craft impactful verbal, written, and presentation communication skills aimed at audiences ranging from individual contributors to executives Develop training and communication recommendations based on global change management strategy Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
