Experience on Application security, Production IAM log analysis, Identify proactively security gaps (Product/Configurations gaps). Experience in Consumer Identity and Access Mgmt. (CIAM) domain (specifically Identity Mgmt.) Experience in Identity threat modelling (OWASP Top 10, SANS top 20), Identity threat vectors - Account takeovers, credential stuffing etc. Excellent understanding of the Product management lifecycle Ability to think Out of the Box and from an E2E perspective. Drive to go the extra mile to ensure completeness according to commitments made Education - Engineering /Technology Degree from top-tiered Universities Relevant Work Experience of 8 - 12 years Must Required Certification CISSP & CCSP The key responsibilities would include: Develop products that enable customer organizations to discover, control, and enforce security policies on SaaS Identity inhouse Product. Conduct market research to identify security product opportunities and customer needs. Conduct regular security controls assessments, find out gaps, plan for remediation. Analyse logs and proactive detect security loopholes, plan to fix them. Review and fine tune policies in Third party Security Products (E.g. AWS WAF, Shield, Lexus Nexus Threat Matrix, Shape, etc) Market Study and recommendation on security offerings from the industry leading products. Create and maintain product roadmaps, define product features, and prioritize engineering development efforts. Conduct market research to identify security product opportunities and customer needs. Responsible for developing solutions and go-to-market strategy for an aligned product portfolio. Manage product launches, and coordinate with respective stakeholders to ensure successful product releases. Balance short-term and long-term goals and make data-driven decisions about what features to include in each release based on customer needs, market trends, and objectives. Create and report on metrics that demonstrate ongoing status in the product security lifecycle. Partner with appropriate communications teams to provide input on communications and responses to questions from external parties Create and maintain strong working relationships with other functions, such as Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and other related groups.
