| Job Title- Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Location Remote USC , GC & H4 EAD Duration : 6+ months Contract Experience with HCM Cloud and Lead mandatory, Oracle Architecture experience (MUST) Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM including strong hands-on experience with modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation. Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or upgrades. Strong experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and integration tools such as HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader). In-depth understanding of HR processes, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the US. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware solutions is a plus. Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM are highly desirable. Proven experience working in remote teams and delivering results in a dynamic environment .
