You'll provide L1/L2 support for critical applications, resolve production issues, and work with vendors in a hybrid environment. We're looking for someone with strong technical skills in SQL, ETL, Linux, and Windows who can troubleshoot Tidal jobs and assist with audit and user access reviews. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 application support and resolve incidents. Troubleshoot Tidal job failures and user queries. Manage user access, audit, and IDM reviews. Query databases and run reports for business users. Work with vendors to support key applications (Murex, Smartloan, Loanet, Broadridge is a plus). Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years in application support. Strong experience with SQL, ETL, Linux, and Windows.
