Job Title: Senior Azure Cloud Architect Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid, 3 days/week) Duration : 3+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Architect with expertise in Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services, along with hands-on experience in designing and implementing advanced cloud solutions. As a Senior Azure Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures that can integrate with customers ServiceNow and cross-functional services. You will also lead the Enterprise Architecture and related services under customers Cloud Governance Enterprise Technical Architecture. Each month, you will also need to work with customer related agencies to help them in their applications planning for migrating to our managed Azure Cloud environment, which including related consulting, cost analysis, using Azure Cloud Price Calculator to help customer better understand the benefit and best approach to migrate their Applications and Data into Azure cloud. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with customers on Azure Cloud managed service activities to confirm (and document accordingly) Azure Cloud architecture, roadmap, capacity planning, and required cost optimization. Responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures that can integrate with customers ServiceNow and cross-functional services, which includes integration with agency's Cloud Broker Technology Integrator. Lead Enterprise Architecture and related services under customers Cloud Governance Enterprise Technical Architecture. Lead innovation and propose cost effective solutions for customer. Provide solution for customer required Architecture for Service Request. Work with Security Architect to deliver customer required security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and related integration with Agency security tools, such as Splunk. Work with customer related agencies to help them in their applications planning for migrating to our managed Azure Cloud environment, which including related consulting, cost analysis, using Azure Cloud Price Calculator to help customer better understand the benefit and best approach to migrate their Applications and Data into Azure cloud. Work with our Cloud Support team in related incident resolution. Provide Azure Cloud network architecture and solutions.
