| From: Sam, Vyze1 inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : ServiceNow Project Manager Work Mode : hybrid ( This position requires 2 days/week on-site as directed by the client. ) Location : Sacramento, California Work Auth. : ONLY USC , GC Mode OF Interview : Skype Client : The client is a State of California Agency Responsibilities include: Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines Develop and maintain project plans, resource scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management strategies Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide timely updates on project progress Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and escalate as needed to ensure project success Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with ServiceNow projects ServiceNow certification(s) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Experience in Agile project management methodologies Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles If you have consultants meeting the requirements for this position, please carefully read below before you reply and attach their resumes with their availability PLEASE READ-before submitting any of your consultants so we can move forward with your resumes.
