Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools. Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with big data tools like Kafka, Spark, or Hadoop.
