| From: Varun, Metasys [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant Desmoines, IA (Hybrid- 2 days from Client Office) 6+Month Contract Provide support for JD Edwards (JDE) primarily in the Finance module, along with surrounding interfaces and peripheral systems. Work closely with client teams in the USA and India, serving as a liaison between IT and business users. Responsibilities: Lead JDE Support projects in an onsite/offshore model Triage and resolve incidents, prioritize, and track closure in ServiceNow Provide fixes or escalate issues to stakeholders Support compliance team with audits Lead and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Manage bulk data update requests Identify and lead problem management tickets to eliminate issues or automate processes Create documentation for standard work and process improvements Generate ideas for automation to reduce incidents Monitor month-end processes and communicate status updates Coordinate with the client project manager and business teams Ensure adherence to JDE SDLC processes, including functional testing (ICRP and UAT) Requirements: Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Cost Management processes Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred Experience leading JDE Support projects in an onsite/offshore model Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution Ability to support audits and lead RCA processes Proficiency in JDE SDLC processes, test script creation, and functional testing Experience with bulk data updates and process automation Keywords: information technology Iowa Job opening as Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant in Desmoines, IA [email protected] |
