| Hi, Client: M&T Bank Vendor: Lighthouse Technologies Position: Senior Business Data Analyst Location: Buffalo, NY ( REMOTE ) Duration: Lon term Rate: $60/hr w2 Visa: GC or Citizen's What You'll Be Doing: Manage execution of the Data Management Strategy and development of the Data Management Framework, Policies and Standards for an assigned business. Implement the Data Management Program with in assigned business unit, providing training to business line and technology personnel. Facilitate data management-related working groups. Develop a thorough understanding of the data management practice and working knowledge of industry trends. Measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards. Work with the business to identify critical data elements and capture related metadata. Monitor quality of data through measurement of enterprise-wide key performance/key risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs) to ensure effective data risk management. Facilitate remediation of data management-related issues. Promote usage of business and enterprise data management and business intelligence tools by relevant stakeholders. Analyze large data sets to derive business insights to drive tangible business value. What You'll Need to Have: Bachelors Degree and minimum of 7 years of experience. 7+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, and delivering data-driven business insights. Expertise in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI); experience with data modeling and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Strong Interpersonal, Written and Verbal Communication, Persuasion Skills, and Analytical Skills.. Data Management, Banking Products, Systems and Workflows are Preferred skills. Sampath p.
