Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret web traffic and user engagement metrics. Reporting: Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards in Google Looker to visualize data trends and performance metrics. Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and provide actionable insights. Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing strategies and website performance based on data findings. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Google Analytics and Looker through regular audits and updates. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Qualifications: Skills: * Strong experience with Google Analytics, including setting up tracking, goals, and event tracking. * Develop Dashboards in Google Looker for data visualization and reporting e.g Data Studio * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets to derive data driven insights * Experience with ETL process, data warehousing and working with cloud platforms(e.g Big Query etc.) * Knowledge of website architecture, User experience and conversion optimization. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Experience in Agile or other project management methodologies is plus(e.g Jira, confluence etc..)
