| Location: Remote (EDT) Duration: 6 Months+ Job Summary: The Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, reporting, and product development initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to drive product success and deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Working with cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and product managers to create and deliver innovative analytics and reporting solutions. Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and author user stories and technical documentation. Facilitate requirements gathering and develop user experiences, reporting, dashboards, and integrations. Oversee data governance efforts to improve the quality and utility of data warehouses and operational data stores. Streamline collaboration with offshore development partners using Agile methodologies. Advocate for clients and navigate the technical development landscape to ensure successful project delivery. Technical Environment: Snowflake, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Epic Bridges, Clarity, Caboodle, HL7 Interfaces. Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, clinical informatics, or related domains. Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and delivering successful product integrations. Extensive experience in technical product management, analytics, and reporting. Strong knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR). Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant technical tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
