Title: Software Engineer IBM BPM MUST BE GC/CITIZEN AND WILLING TO CONVERT AFTER 6-12 MO Remote is fine Duration: Long-term Job Description IBM BPM Mid-level Software Engineer position We are looking for a 3 - 5-year workflow Software Engineer who is proficient in software development, especially in the IBM BPM process orchestration space with a decent knowledge in languages such as Java and Javascript. A good understanding of workflow automation, business process management (BPM), and integration technologies is required. The candidates should have experience with IBM BPM orchestration, database interfaces and API integration. Great problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential for coordinating and collaborating within the team for developing various process orchestration solutions. Proficiency required in: Process Orchestration concepts IBM BPM Rule and Decision Management concepts User and Group Management concepts Process UI concepts Human task management concepts Process Monitoring and Analytics concepts Preferred skills: Java SQL DevOps concepts(CICD, Test driven development) Pub/Sub Event messaging concepts REST API BPMN JavaScript(Client-side, Server-side) Value adds (not mandatory skills): Coach UI Python Typescript Cloud knowledge, preferably AWS. Software Product hosting concepts(On-Prem vs Container based implementations vs SaaS) Preferred 1. Engineer mindset - ability to code and learn new technology 2. Exposure to REST API 3.
