Title: Snowflake Project/Program Manager Location: Onshore/Remote Job Type: Contract LinkedIn is must to be shared with resume itself. As a Snowflake Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving new service opportunities and working with both customers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve service and delivery. The role requires working across customer organizations and various teams to ensure that applications are well-designed and scalable to meet business needs. Success is defined by your ability to develop a tailored service strategy for each customer, capture and report on key metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and quickly establish yourself as the clients trusted advisor. AS A SNOWFLAKE PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL: Be a project management expert across various types of projects and services, including Snowflake implementations. Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for engagements, assisting in the creation and execution of the overall service delivery vision to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to best practices. Own, manage, and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients, including creating, implementing, and tracking relationship roadmaps. Manage key client projects by effectively communicating with team members, management, and stakeholders on status, risks, and objectives through project documentation, meetings, and follow-ups. Provide input into the development of policies, procedures, and standards within the Practice. Apply industry knowledge to ensure the teams deliver well-rounded, practical, and well-developed software solutions. Collaborate with Professional Services Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams to support practice enablement and sales pursuits by scoping projects, estimating work, creating proposals, and providing regular delivery updates. Work with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors to track project progress, cadence, and challenges. Provide leadership and guidance on how to resolve customer-specific project challenges, handle escalations, and manage high-profile situations. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve products and offerings. Identify and implement process improvements within both the client and the organization. OUR IDEAL SNOWFLAKE PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER WILL HAVE: 7+ years of experience in a services delivery or project management role dealing with complex, technical implementation projects. Proven experience delivering on revenue targets for a set of accounts, including prioritizing multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously. Direct experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud technologies. Proven ability to communicate and translate requirements across diverse groups, including design, engineering, marketing, and business development teams. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts to both business and technical audiences, including senior-level executives.
