| Quick Reports and Lobbies Specialist (IFS Cloud) Time Zone: CST/EST - US Remote Years of experience: 11+ Yrs. Client: Augusta Any visa Main skills: Quick reports, Lobbies, and Coding reports in IFS technologies Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quick Reports and Lobbies Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IFS Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Quick Reports and Lobbies to enhance data visibility and decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the reporting solutions align with business needs and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, create, and maintain Quick Reports, Lobbies, custom extensions to IFS system implementations and reports in IFS Cloud to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualization solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quick Reports and Lobbies functionality. Conduct regular reviews of existing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance; implement necessary updates. Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Quick Reports and Lobbies. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and practices while managing sensitive information. Stay updated on IFS Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Assist in the development of documentation and user guides for reporting processes and tools. Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure seamless integration of reporting tools with other systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing Quick Reports and Lobbies in IFS Cloud. Proficient in SQL and other relevant data manipulation languages. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in IFS Cloud or relevant technical training. Experience with process improvement methodologies. Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
