| Tile: Database Admin Location: Charlotte , NC JOB DESCRIPTION: This person will be responsible for provisioning database access to end users for various LOB's within Wells Fargo. They will work very closely with the Database Administrators and Application groups to determining the level of access people require. This position will still reside in the Security teams. They will need at least 3+ years experience provisioning access (i.e. Creating Users, Deleting Users, Granting Privileges) on one or more of the following platforms: Oracle, SQL, SQL Azure, Google Cloud, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte or DB2. Ticketing System experience (Service Now, ART, Remedy, or other) is required as well as experience working in a customer service focused environment. Must have demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues. Fast learner who is adaptable and flexible in the face of changing and challenging demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. MS Excel proficiency with is strongly desired. Additional Skills: Need to have strong access management background- specifically remediation types of work with key skills: Strong and Clear verbal communication. Analyst will be working with via email, phone calls, doing follow-ups with technical and non-technical individuals. Strong Access and/or Excel skills. There will be significant work with spreadsheets, data review, data collection, and reporting needs. Someone who has created reporting or responsible for gathering reporting data. Strong organization and/or project management Querying and ability to create queries to pull data either via Access or SQL General database knowledge Previous experiencing using MySQL, Powershell, or Python to automate tasks desirable not required. -- Keywords: information technology microsoft North Carolina Database Admin [email protected] |
