SQL & Coding Support: Build and execute SQL queries. Utilize basic coding (batch files, CL, PowerShell, .Net, etc.). Apply basic Windows Server administration skills to ensure system reliability and stability. Linux & Application Support: Handle incident ticket triage for RedHat, Oracle Linux, and Solaris. Provide WebLogic and Tomcat support for web applications. Coordinate with Unix teams for troubleshooting and performance improvements.
