Demonstrated experience with agile methodology and tools along with the ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, ideally for ML and personalization features. Knowledge of different machine learning models and their applications in e-commerce , including recommendation systems, customer segmentation, and personalization algorithms, is highly desirable. Experience working with building out re-usable, repetitive ML solutions at a platform level, across various technology teams. A firm understanding of the front-end capabilities of e-commerce, mobile apps, and websites is preferred. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on delivering high-quality ML solutions for both internal and external users. Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in machine learning, and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance eCommerce products. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, communication platforms (Slack, MS Teams, ZOOM) and other industry-standard tools. BA/BS.
