The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration with a strong focus on Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM). You will be responsible for working on various ServiceNow modules including Change Management, Service Catalog, ITSM, and ITOM.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management). Design and implement workflows, Service Catalogs, and Order Guides to streamline processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, offering technical solutions and support for Change Management processes. Work on Flow Designer to automate tasks and processes, improving operational efficiency. Ensure ServiceNow solutions are integrated effectively with other ITSM and ITOM modules, ensuring seamless functionality across the system. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow upgrades and best practices to maintain a high-quality system environment.Requirements: 12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration, primarily focused on TSOM. Strong experience with Change Management, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Order Guides. Extensive experience in ITSM and ITOM modules within ServiceNow. Proficiency in Flow Designer and other advanced ServiceNow development tools. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
