This role involves the migration of Oracle data from HP systems to Redhat Linux, utilizing Oracle GoldenGate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database administration, data migration, and system optimization in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Migrate Oracle data from HP systems to Redhat Linux environments. Configure and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and migration. Perform database tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure high performance and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor data migration processes. Ensure the integrity and security of migrated data throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-migration support and maintenance for the Oracle database on Redhat Linux. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Oracle DBA, specifically with data migration projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate for data replication. Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, Linux environments (preferably Redhat), and HP systems. Familiarity with database performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques.
