Not someone that is using the tool but I need someone who has done an implementation with the cloud version. Someone that has only worked with the on prem version wont be a fit. NOTE: Will prefer candidates coming out from small scale companies. Dont need candidates coming from environments where everything was established. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of clients existing service desk processes and systems. Provide expert advice on leveraging ManageEngines Service Desk Plus to address business needs and optimize service desk functionality. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the deployment and configuration of Service Desk Plus, including setup of modules such as incident management, problem management, change management, and asset management. Customize the platform to meet the specific needs of each client. Integration and Customization: Integrate Service Desk Plus with other IT systems and tools as required. Customize the platforms features and workflows to align with clients operational requirements and improve efficiency. Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for service desk teams and end-users. Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues or challenges related to Service Desk Plus, ensuring smooth and effective utilization. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Service Desk Plus implementations, including system health, user activity, and service metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, assess system performance, and recommend improvements. Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation for all configurations, customizations, and processes related to Service Desk Plus. Prepare and present reports on system performance, project status, and improvement outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders. Best Practices and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and industry standards in the implementation and management of Service Desk Plus. Stay updated on new features and updates from ManageEngine to recommend enhancements and maintain system relevance. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that Service Desk Plus solutions meet their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships to foster client satisfaction and trust.
