This role requires a combination of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and product knowledge. You will assist users by debugging, triaging, and troubleshooting code that runs within the tool, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide product insights and improve the overall platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to users of the data annotation tool by debugging and resolving issues in C++/Python/JavaScript code. Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot problems reported by users, ensuring efficient resolutions. Develop a deep understanding of the data annotation tool and its integration points to assist users effectively. Communicate complex technical issues clearly and efficiently with both technical and non-technical users. Collaborate with product teams to offer feedback and insights for tool improvement. Write, maintain, and test code when necessary to support or enhance the tool. Provide training or documentation as needed to improve user experience and assist with onboarding new users. Requirements: Proficiency in C++ or Python, with additional experience in JavaScript for frontend interaction. Strong debugging, code reading, and triaging skills to quickly resolve user issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in English to both technical and non-technical users. Familiarity with data annotation or related tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think critically about user challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
