Solution Design: Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including functional design, configuration, and integration. Configuration & Customization: Customize Dynamics 365 CE with workflows, UI changes, and business processes. Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems like ERP and marketing platforms. Testing & QA: Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Training & User Adoption: Train and support users to drive adoption, and create helpful documentation. Support & Maintenance: Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates for implemented solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices to enhance processes and optimize system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). Expertise in CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Skilled in data migration, integration, and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Microsoft certifications like Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Associate preferred.
