Job Description - Job Title: Oracle MDM Consultant Duration: 6-12+ months Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Must be local to Boston, MA (Hybrid) PV can be ask linkedin. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Technical Engineer to join our implementation team in driving the solution design and implementation of Oracle CDH/PDH/SDH. The consultant will work closely with the systems integrator and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle MDM solutions within the client's ERP system. This position requires strong expertise in MDM, data governance, and technical leadership in building effective MDM strategies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the implementation team and participate in the Oracle MDM (CDH, PDH, SDH) integration strategy for the client's ERP solution. Serve as a key contributor to the MDM Committee, working across customer, product, and supplier business areas to leverage out-of-the-box MDM solutions, SI proposals, and customized enhancements. Evolve into the primary contact for MDM subject matter, ensuring upkeep and enhancements over time. Validate and understand the data models and builds being implemented by the systems integrator. Apply DQM principles for data cleansing, validation, and profiling to ensure high-quality data management. Participate in Data Governance and Data Stewardship initiatives related to MDM data hubs, providing IT-focused recommendations as necessary. Offer technical leadership, guiding other team members (integration, data quality) throughout the implementation phases. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Oracle CDH/PDH/SDH, including data modeling, designing, and implementing solutions for imports, exports, data migration, and associated data cleansing/transformations. Expertise in data validation rules, duplicate identification, catalog management, and managing unstructured content. Proven experience designing and implementing automated workflows within Oracle MDM for data management processes. Proficiency in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Data Modelling, Oracle SQL Developer, and data warehouse concepts. Experience with ETL tools like ODI and ODI Marketplace on OCI infrastructure. Functional knowledge of Oracle Applications (HCM, ERP, SCM) data models, public view object (PVO) analysis, and star schema modeling in data warehouses. Previous experience integrating Oracle data warehouses with Oracle applications and third-party systems. Familiarity with ODI and OBIA is a plus. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for querying, managing, and manipulating data in Oracle databases.
