| Title: ServiceNow Admin || Remote Hours: ~8am-5pm EST Visa: USC only Location: Remote in approved states (Must be USC) Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming ServiceNow Platform BA, Admin and CMDB experience. At least 5-years experience as ServiceNow (CMDB) SME. Knowledge of CSDM framework. Review CMDB health Dashboard 3 days a week to address duplicates through the CMDB Duplicate Remediation Tool. Any stale CIs should go through the discovery troubleshooting process. Review Required/Recommended attributes and develop a worklog to address gaps. Meet with individual application SMEs and help populate service mapping questionnaire for each application and each instance of the application. Review list of agents - update out of date agents and troubleshoot agents with errors. Review the VMware discovery jobs - review errors, troubleshoot credentials/access. Data Dictionary - fill out data dictionary pages for managed CI classes. Configuration Management Plan (CMP) Fill out a skeleton outline for each critical entry, working with CMB (configuration management board does not change management board). Follow up with stakeholders on the CMB with their promised entries into the CMP. Potential curate ideas/incidents/problems/questions for what needs to come through CMDB Lead vs. what she can handle Duplicative deployment work - minor CMDB customizations (custom attributes, attribute lists/entries), skeleton service creation (name, owner, entry point, other settings) to prep for mapping.
