| Position Senior Agile coach Location Chicago, IL onsite or Houston, TX Duration 6 month contract to start Interview type video ONLY USC Required Skills Experience working with global, cross-functional Agile teams in a large-scale organization. Strong facilitation skills and experience driving transformation at the team level, while working closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Ability to coach teams on building clarity, accountability, and improving performance through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile management tools to track progress and outcomes. 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, working with multiple teams simultaneously, ideally across geographically distributed teams. Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices.
