| Hi, Lead IOS Developer NY (Hybrid) MOVATE Job Description Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced iOS Mobile App Development Lead with over 11 years of experience and a strong command of Swift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of iOS applications while collaborating closely with the offshore team to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of iOS applications using Swift. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to implement new features and ensure seamless app performance. Manage communication and coordination between onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot, optimize, and solve technical challenges. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in iOS technologies and development best practices. Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment strategies. Requirements: 11+ years of experience in iOS app development, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role. Strong proficiency in Swift and iOS frameworks (UIKit, CoreData, etc.). Extensive experience with app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER). Proven experience in leading development teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts. In-depth knowledge of the iOS ecosystem, app lifecycle, and App Store guidelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Skills: Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and modern iOS libraries.
