Possess good understanding of Accounts Payable Accounts receivable General Ledger Fixed Assets Project Cost Management business processes. Experience in oil and gas industry is preferable. Must have experience of leading a JDE Support project in an onsiteoffshore model. Triage and or resolve Incidents prioritize and thereafter track to closure in ServiceNow. Provide fix for issues or drive issues to resolution by escalating to respective stakeholders. Assist compliance team with their Audits as needed. Lead and or support Root Cause Analysis RCA. Work on bulk data update requests. Identify and lead problem management tickets to eliminate or Shift Left or automate.
