Position PTC Windchill App Dev Lead Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Job Type : Contract/FTE Years of Experience: 15+ Should have strong Windchill PLM (Windchill), ThingWorx, related products & adjacent applications skills e.g., Issue Management (CAPA, NC), R&RM in Medical Devices domain Should have working experience in Solution design, config & customization decisions, technical documentation Should be able to bring industry best practices in Medical Devices domain to direct team for Solutions, customizations, technical documentations etc. Should be able to implement/get implemented Customer specific practices and standards. Should have hands on experience on Integration with upstream & downstream applications e.g., CAD, ERP, MES, MDM, PIM Should have DevOps (CI/CD) experience / expertise Should be well versed with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) Methodology. Ability to manage demands between multiple workstream leveraging Scrum of scrums. Should be able to handle offshore team and take complete ownership of coordination & quality of deliverables on behalf of Customer. Should be able to coordinate and collaborate with different leads/architects like integration, data migration etc. to ensure that the applications have access to the required data and services. Should be able to define the work plan, schedule, budget, and lead required personnel for deployment per sprint targets Should be able to work with Customer Functional Teams (Leads/Analysts) for any clarifications required on any user stories/requirements and to understand and leverage functional designs, user stories, and prototypes to facilitate application development.
