Experience Level: Mid-Level (5+ years relevant) 10+ total Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion RMC Specialist with 5 years of experience in Risk Management and Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion RMC solutions to ensure our organizations compliance and risk management processes are efficient and effective. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion RMC modules to meet business requirements. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through effective use of Oracle Fusion RMC. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management and compliance activities. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion RMC functionalities and best practices. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to monitor risk and compliance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of risk management and compliance processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion RMC or similar risk management and compliance solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion RMC modules, SQL, and data analysis tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion RMC or risk management are a plus. Preferred Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. ***This position is Hybrid.
