The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and streamline business processes. If you have a knack for problem-solving, data management, and business process analysis, this role is perfect for you!Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop and maintain Excel models using advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and complex formulas). Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Identify gaps in business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business performance. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, VBA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills: Experience with SQL or other data querying tools. Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma). Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
