Role System Analyst Location Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 Days/Week: Monday and Tuesday) Job Type C2C/W2 Key Responsibilities: Perform system administrator assignments, including the installation and configuration of systems and applications on both Windows and Linux environments. Provide technical support for COTS applications and configure required changes for SaaS products. Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to deliver projects efficiently. Gather, analyze, and document requirements for application changes and new efforts. Ensure the security of applications and infrastructure by following Federal, State, and industry standards. Maintain and remediate vulnerabilities within the network, firewalls, and architecture. Required Skills & Expertise: Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies: Windows Server Administration (2016 and later) Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.0 and above Cloud Infrastructure : Azure, AWS, GCP Application Servers : Tomcat, IIS Database Management : MS SQL Management Studio Debugging Tools : Dynatrace or similar Scripting : PowerShell Application Lifecycle Management : Azure DevOps Documentation and Diagramming : Visio Single Sign-On (SSO) Technologies : SAML, OAuth, OpenID Network Knowledge : LAN/WAN, Firewalls, IoT, and general network architecture Preferred Qualifications: Experience in maintaining COTS applications and configuring changes for SaaS products. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work on both Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of architecture and security, including diagramming and remediation of vulnerabilities. Familiarity with infrastructure security standards and compliance with federal/state regulations. Key Traits: Excellent communication skills must be able to clearly and concisely convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams and vendors. Detail-oriented with a focus on timely execution of projects and changes.
