Communication: Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees. Hours/Time Zone: Must be able to work 8 am CST 5 pm CST! (CST & EST candidates only) Travel: Must be able to travel 1 week to SWA Headquarters in Dallas to work onsite. This could be quarterly or monthly depending on the manager. Digital Team: Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and Micro-frontend architecture is a plus 2. Pluto Team: Full Stack Engineer (React & AWS Serverless) 60% frontend/40% backend Successful candidate: Focus on React Leadership skills - Ability to mentor developers on front-end technology Someone who can build an application independently/stood-up applications on their own Capability to cross-train other engineers Good work History Possess design skills with working with features, truly understands the code and how to make it work smoother and more usable.
