Role: UX Product Designer Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Graphic Design related field or equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience. At least four years of experience in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, computer science, computer engineering, or related field designing for web-based applications, websites. Knowledge of markup language HTML/CSS and design systems. Experience in industry wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD; Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple demands from various partners, within set expectations for design excellence. End-to-end understanding of the user-centered design, usability, accessibility, SEO, and other standard best practices. Ability to work with others to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the needs and vision of the business and their customers. Ability to influence and negotiate. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively to solve design problems.
