Issues specifications to suppliers and collaborates with suppliers, OEM Product Engineers, Global After-Sales, NML Product Quality Engineers, and Client Design Standards to define part performance and testing requirements. Supports supplier sourcing through technical assessments and facility audits. Conducts CAD/Drawing design studies and part application studies using IT systems (e.g., G2B, TCE, FAST). Manages product development schedules using project management skills to meet objectives. Identifies issues, proposes countermeasures, and tracks progress. Supports the Sales and Marketing team in developing product marketing materials. Investigates field incidents, analyzes data, and prepares reports.
