It is in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (5 Days Onsite No Remote) Job Type :: Contract Job Title:- User Experience Designer Job Location :- Rancho Cucamonga, CA -(Day1- 5 days Onsite) Need 11+ Years of Exp and Locals Only Technical Skills: 10+ years of experience designing UX for desktop and mobile applications by following a user-centered-design (UCD) process. Experience solving complex design problems based on strong research and evaluation methods. Experience in creating optimized interaction models and taxonomy structure for complex data. Conduct user research, understand business & functional requirements, analyze technology roadmap, and align UX strategy around overall project goals. Well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing. Process Skills: Independently work with various stakeholders to gather UX requirements. Work along UX Design Lifecycle - Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and other UX deliverables. Present UX deliverables to stakeholders, facilitate feedback discussions. Ensure consistency across applications by reusing UX pattern library. Hands-on experience in responsive design, mobile design standards, and design systems. Good knowledge in design for accessible systems. Behavioral Skills: Leadership bring people together to achieve a common goal. Communication excellent communication and presentation skills. Crystal clear communicate with other team members, stakholders and leadership, avoid any ambiguity. Time management should be committed to on-time delivery in aggressive timelines. Team player participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Result oriented prioritize requirements and deliver a quality product in aggressive timelines. Help teams resolve technical issues and explore alternate designs. Qualification: Preferred Bachelors degree in UX or related field of expertise. Good experience in delivering strong UX solutions for Insurance and healthcare domain is desired. Additional experience in banking or financial services domain is a plus. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in similar capacity and in delivering meaningful, scalable and measurable UX design solutions.
